It is a very peaceful, quiet spot. Not far from the Trinity River. And, I too lived on the same road in the 70's....funny about that.

Big Bar is about an hour & a half east of Eureka, CA & about an hour & a half west of Redding, CA on highway 299.

Forest Service site just off the scenic Trinity River. I lived 500 yards up the road.
